We’re kicking off this release with something special from Old Dominick’s Huling Station. This single barrel is a 12-year-old straight wheated whiskey bottled at 119 proof, bringing together the richness and sweetness of a wheated whiskey with the depth that only a well-aged barrel can deliver.

At 12 years, this one has plenty of time in the barrel to develop layers of dark fruit, caramel, vanilla, baking spice and seasoned oak, while the 119 proof keeps it bold, full-bodied and packed with flavor. It’s rich without being overly sweet, with the oak and spice adding just enough complexity to keep you coming back for another sip.

Nose: Rich caramel, vanilla, dark cherry, toasted oak and subtle baking spice.

Palate: Full and oily with brown sugar, vanilla, dark fruit, cinnamon and deep seasoned oak.

Finish: Long, warming and complex with lingering caramel, vanilla, cinnamon and mature oak.
